Job Time
Normal turn around time is 1-2 business days. Same day rush service is available. Please let us know the exact date and time if possible you need the art so we can quote and schedule it accordingly.

Accuracy
Our company will use it's best efforts to replicate your graphic art as closely as possible, however, there may be slight differences. The clarity of submitted art will directly effect the output and the finished version. To insure the quality of the finished art be sure to provide detailed instructions including font names. We may substitute any unknown fonts for any similar type face. If you wish to keep the original font please provide it upon ordering.

Ordering Process
A quote will be faxed after all customer files and/or instructions have been provided to us. You must sign the quote in agreement with our terms conditions and fax it back before the job can begin. Any changes after the job is started will be quoted and added to the amount of work completed. Due to time limitations a quote that has been signed and faxed back may not be cancelled and the full amount will be billed. A signed quote is non-refundable.

Job Approval
We will fax or email you copies of each completed work for your approval. We will also send over an art approval form to sign off on or indicate changes. If changes are necessary we will send new proofs until you approve of the art, sign off on the approval form and fax back.

Payment
Once the artwork is approved we will fax the invoice. Our payment terms are NET 15. If your payment is not received by the scheduled due  late, a late fee of $5.00 will automatically be applied to the invoice plus interest of 1 ½% per month late. Any returned checks will result in a fee of $25.00.
